PETKIRA REFUND POLICY

1. Payments Are Processed by the Platforms
All payments for PetKira subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. or Google LLC through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Refund Requests
Refund requests are subject solely to the refund policies and procedures of Apple or Google. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly through the account used for the purchase.
3. Koeta’s Role
Koeta Inc. does not process payments, does not store payment card information, and does not control refund decisions. Koeta may, in its sole discretion and only where permitted by the platforms and applicable law, provide assistance or courtesy credits, but is under no obligation to do so.
4. Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected
This Policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right available to you under mandatory consumer protection law, which applies regardless of anything stated here or in the platforms’ policies.
4.1 United Kingdom and European Economic Area
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you ordinarily have 14 days from the conclusion of a distance contract to cancel it without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, you are asked at the point of purchase to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose that cancellation right. Where you have not given that consent and acknowledgment, the 14-day right remains available to you and you may exercise it by contacting Apple or Google, or by writing to legal@koeta.io.
4.2 Canada
If you are a consumer in Canada, your rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec), are unaffected by this Policy.
4.3 Service Discontinued by Koeta
If Koeta discontinues the Service before the end of a period for which you have already paid, we will facilitate a refund of the unused portion of that period on a pro-rata basis, as set out in Section 14.2 of the PetKira Terms of Service.
